- Experiences & Tours: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to be eligible for a full refund.
- Restaurant Reservations: Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the reservation time.
- Merchant Deals: Cancellation policies are set by individual merchants and may vary.
- City Card: City Cards are non-refundable once activated, but unused cards may be eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase if not activated.

To cancel a booking, you can:
- Log into your account and cancel through the "My Bookings" section

- Use the cancellation link provided in your booking confirmation email
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed according to the following guidelines:
- Full Refund: Available for cancellations made within the specified time frame (typically 24-48 hours before the service date)
- Partial Refund: May be available for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service, subject to service provider policies
- No Refund: Applies to no-shows, cancellations made after the service start time, or non-refundable bookings
3.2 Refund Processing Time
Once your cancellation is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
- Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
4. Special Circumstances
4.1 Weather-Related Cancellations
If a service is canceled due to severe weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control, you will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- The option to reschedule to another available date
4.2 Service Provider Cancellations
If a service provider cancels your booking:
- You will receive a full refund automatically
- We will notify you as soon as possible
- We may offer alternative options if available
4.3 Medical Emergencies

5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally non-refundable:
- Activated City Cards
- Digital products and downloads
- Gift cards (unless required by law)
- Services marked as "non-refundable" at the time of booking

Instead of canceling, you may be able to modify your booking:
- Modifications are subject to availability
- Price differences may apply if modifying to a different service or date
